Justice of the Peace Ted Harden (top photo, right) presents a plaque to Bobby Hamilton, manager of White Hall’s 9-10 year olds Little League Baseball state championship team. The presentation took place at a Sept. 14 meeting of the Jefferson County Quorum Court at the courthouse in Pine Bluff. County Judge Mike Holcomb shared in the recognition ceremony.
