Joyce McKee Starks, 63, of Pine Bluff, died Sunday, July 5, 2009, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center.
    She was born May 16, 1946, in Camden, a daughter of the late Lawrence and Myrtle Wilson McKee.
    She was a graduate of DeWitt High School and attended First Assembly of God Church in White Hall. She was a beautician and had also worked in the insurance and nursing industry.
    She is survived by her husband, Leon Starks; a son, Brian Edward Starks of Woodlawn; two sisters, Thelma Wood and Deloris Dillion, both of DeWitt; a half-brother, William Roberts of La.; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
    Funeral services were held Thursday at First Assembly of God Church in White Hall. Tim Law officiated. Burial followed in Crocketts Bluff Cemetery. Arrangements were by Cranford Funeral Home of White Hall.
