    Charles Anthony “Tony” Phillips, Jr., 11, of Sheridan, died Thursday, April 29, 2010, at his home.
    He was born June 9, 1998, in Little Rock, a son of Charles Anthony Phillips, Sr. and Michelle Harp Phillips, both of Sheridan.
    He attended Sheridan Middle School and was a member of Hardin New Life Apostolic Church.
    He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Alvin Harp; and two cousins.
    In addition to his parents, he is survived by three brothers, Charlie Phillips and Brandon Wilkins, both of Sheridan, and Justin Moore of Pine Bluff; two sisters, Kimberly and Kira Phillips, both of Sheridan; grandparents, Jonnie and Charles Phillips, Scott Wire and Sue Harp, all of Sheridan; and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
    Funeral services were held Monday, at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Davie Poe, Dura Aldridge and Mike Yates officiated. Burial followed in Ludwig Family Cemetery in Watson Chapel.
    In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the funeral home.
