    Mildred Woodfield Rodgers, 85, of Newkirk, Okla., died Wednesday, May 26, 2010, in the Ponca City Medical Center. She was 85.
    She was born Oct. 16, 1924, in Pine Bluff, a daughter of the late Benjamin Matthew and Bertie Lee Ricketts Woodfield.
    She was a 1943 graduate of Pine Bluff High School.
    She was retired from the Pine Bluff Arsenal and was a member of the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church
    In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Laverne, Robert and Edward Woodfield.
    She is survived by her husband, Robert Rogers; one son, Bob Rodgers of Newkirk; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
    Funeral services were held Saturday, May 29, at the First United Methodist Church of Newkirk. James C. Hollifield officiated. A second service was held Tuesday,  in the Chapel of Ralph Robinson and Son Funeral Directors of Pine Bluff. Bobby Coleman officiated. Burial was in Shell Chapel Cemetery.
    Memorials may be made  to First Cumberland Presbyterian Church of Pine Bluff, 2401 S. Camden Rd., Pine Bluff, Ark., 71603-3641.
