Mary Kathleen Leibenguth Schmid, 84, of Pine Bluff, died Friday, Nov. 20, 2009. She was born June 24, 1925, in Frankfort, Ind., a daughter of the late Russell and Susan Leibenguth.
    She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and played in the Pine Bluff Symphony.
    In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Schmid; and a brother, Don Leibenguth.
    She is survived by three daughters, Susan Puddephatt of Pine Bluff, Sarah Bond of Heber Springs, and Pat Parsley of White Hall; a son, Peter  Schmid of College Station, Tex.; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren. 
    Funeral services were held Monday, at Trinity Lutheran Church. Dean Clausing officiated. Burial followed in Graceland Cemetery.
    Arrangements were by Fuller Hale-South Funeral Services of Pine Bluff.
