Cassie Ray Robbins, 81, of Star City, died Saturday, Jan.  16, 2010, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff.
    He was born Dec. 17, 1928, in Ladd, La., a son of the late Hub and Belle Raynes Robbins.
    He was a graduate of Rayville High School and was retired from the International Paper Company and was a member of the Glendale Church of Christ.
    In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
    He is survived by his wife, Mary Robbins of Star City; a son, Dennis Robbins of Skiatook, Okla.; three daughters, Peggy Willis of Rowell, and Vickie Lewallen and Robin Heagler, both of White Hall; a sister, Billie Smith of Monroe, La.; seven grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
    Funeral services  were held Monday, in the Chapel of Ralph Robinson and Son Funeral Directors of Pine Bluff. Gid Walters and Lannis Lindsey officiated. Burial followed in Roselawn Cemetery.
