    Rhonda Lee Galloway Procell, 54, of Pine Bluff, died Sunday, Feb. 7, 2010, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center.
    She was born Dec. 13, 1955, in Fulton, Mo., a daughter of Bill and Mary Higgins Galloway.
    She received her education in Jefferson City, Mo., and had worked for White Hall Family Medicine. She was a member of First Immanuel Missionary Baptist Church.
    In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Ziehmer.
    She is survived by her husband, Larry Procell; a son, Micheal Genger of Porter, Ind.; a daughter, Tricia Genger of Jefferson City, Mo.; two step-sons, Brandon Procell of Wichita, Kan., and Barrett Procell of Little Rock; two brothers, Tom Galloway of Jefferson City, and Bill Galloway, Jr. of Holts Summit, Mo; a sister, Belinda Van Nostrand of Jefferson City; and 10 grandchildren.
    Funeral services will beheld at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 11, 2010, at First Immanuel Missionary Baptist Church. Chris Garner will officiate. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.   Arrangements are by Ralph Robinson and Son Funeral Directors of Pine Bluff.
