Ronald Dean Evans

    Ronald Dean Evans, 75, of White Hall, died Monday, April 26, 2010, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff.
    He was born January 13, 1935, in Bastrop, La., a son of the late William Herman and Agnes Mae Dean Evans.
    Graduating from Bastrop High School, he was a member of East Side Baptist Church and was retired from International Paper.
    In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by  two brothers, Russell H. Evans and Donald Evans.
    He is survived by his wife, Shirley Rawls Evans; a son, Michael Dean Evans  of Ft. Worth, Tex.; a daughter, Sondra Evans Valentine of White Hall; a sister; Sylvia Prince of Ft. Worth;
    Funeral services were held April 29, at East Side Baptist Church. Ray Edmonson and James Anderson officiated. Burial followed in Pine Grove North Cemetery in Bastrop, La. Arrangements were by Ralph Robins and Son Funeral Directors of Pine Bluff.
