    Benny C. Valentine, 64, of Pine Bluff, died Sunday, Nov. 15, 2009.
    He was born Aug. 26, 1945, in Rison, a son of Aileen Keith Coins of Pine Bluff, and the late Ora Benton Valentine.
    He was a member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church in Rison, and was a 1963 graduate of Rison High School and a retired welder. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Walter and Gracie Keith, Ora Valentine and Dora Brown.
    In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Anita Draper Valentine; a son, Jon Valentine of White Hall; a stepson, Christopher Casteel of Hot Springs; three daughters, Crystal Valentine Mayfield of Little Rock,  Tamara Valentine of Mountain View, and Stephanie Valentine of White Hall; his stepfather, Louis Coins; Patricia Valentine of Little Rock, and Phyllis Valentine Nutt of Hot Springs; seven grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
    Funeral services were held today at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church. Glenn Flemmons officiated.
    Burial followed in Macedonia Missionary Baptist Cemetery by Cranford Funeral Home of White Hall.
