Jordan Ogle, 11-year-old  son of Robin and Lou Ogle from Redfield and a sixth-grade student at Hardin Elementary won the Arkansas State Silver Gloves Championship in  his age and weight bracket on Dec.2.
He will compete for the Regional Silver Gloves championship  Jan. 12-14, 2012 in North Little Rock, and if he wins that one he will move on to the National Silver Gloves Championship  held in Kansas City, Mo. Feb. 1-4, 2012.

Ogle finished second in the nation last year at the National Silver Gloves in Kansas City. He is a member of the Elite Boxing Club of Sheridan.
