QUADRENNIAL JAMBOREE

     Scouts with Unit 2150, including Troop 391 from White Hall and Redfield get ready to board the bus and head out to the 2010 National Scout Jamboree which is underway in Virginia through Aug. 4. 
    Area scouts include Moe Breeding, Tommy Lane Townsend, Orion Vick, Matthew Scoggins, Rusty Bell, Justin Barrett, Bailey Hamilton, Colby Hamilton and Arron Burdine along with leaders, Raymond Jones and Matt Jones.
    The event will celebrate 100 years of scouting. Approximately 45,000 Scouts, leaders and staff from all 50 states, territories and foreign countries will have the opportunity to live, work and play together in an atmosphere of Scouting fellowship.
    This year the quadrennial jamboree is being held at Fort A. P. Hill, near Bowling Green, Va.
