Candace Casey, a senior at White Hall High School, and a member of the school’s Family, Career and Community Leaders of America traveled to Washington DC recently to attend the FCCLA skills training event, Capitol Leadership. She was accompanied by adviser, Sheri Deaton, who is also the Family and Consumer Science instructor at the high school.

On Nov. 6, members of the White Hall High School Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, or FCCLA, participated in the Students Taking Action with Recognition or STAR events held at the Armed Forces Center.
