Glynn and Pat Bishop of Pine Bluff, will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary Oct. 15, 2009.
She was born in Hartford, Conn., a daughter of Ken and Rose Pensinger. She is retired and is a member of Salem Missionary Baptist Church.
He was born in Calvert City, Ken., a son of Melbern and Claudia Bishop. He is also retired.
They were married in Hernando, Miss., Oct. 15, 1959.
They have three children, Terri Lee of Redfield, David Bishop of Miss., and Kris Riddick of Watson Chapel. They also have five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
