Other WHMA members participating were Payton Parker, Erin Fenters, Dalton Ratliff, Daniel Funderburg and Mike Reynolds. On July 5, summer reading participants are encouraged to dress a hat up to look like one worn in another country or time period and wear it to the Library for the Hats Around the World day. Library staff will be sharing stories about what people wear on top of their heads from various places around the world.
