Even though the bad weather threats had long past, the damage they had caused was still adding up as a few wind gusts downed a few very large trees on Wednesday afternoon. White Hall officers assess a fallen tree on Robin Road while paramedics make their way through the rubble to get to the victim who’s vehicle had been struck by the tree as she was driving. Another large tree had also fallen on West Street near Taylor Elementary during that time. Both streets were blocked and busses were rerouted until the crews worked to clear the roads and restore power in the vicinity.
