The White Hall senior basketball squads took two games from Helena-West Helena Central Jan. 6.

The senior boys edged Central 63-57, while the seniors girls dominated Central 60-14.
D.J. Freeman led the Bulldogs on 11-of-14 shooting and 25 points against Central. Freeman was three of four from the free throw line and added six rebounds, three assists and two steals for White Hall.

Jalen Wilkins put up 12 points on 5-of-9 shooting and seven rebounds, while Jeremy Sprinkle notched 12 points and nine rebounds for the Bulldogs.

Cash Arcement had six points and two assists; Percy Arnold had three points; and LaMarcus Davis and Thomas Bush added two points each for White Hall in the win.

The Bulldogs connected on 25 of 47 shots from the field, including six of 17 three-pointers. White Hall was seven of 10 from the charity stripe and recorded 25 rebounds on the night. The Bulldogs had 14 assists to 13 turnovers, seven blocks and seven steals.

The senior Bulldogs return to action Tuesday when they travel to Crossett. The senior girls will play at 5 p.m., followed by the senior boys at 6 p.m.
