Area students in the fifth and sixth grades helped make this year’s White Hall Journal Letters to Santa edition a huge success. Every year, these students put their artistic abilities to work and design Christmas ads for area businesses to be printed.
This year there were several awesome designs that Journal staff painstakingly went through in an effort to select the top three.
First place was Branden Trujillo, of Moody Elementary School. He won a $50 gift card. Second place went to Ian Thrash, also a Moody student. He won a $25 gift card.MaKayla Henderson, a sixth grade student at White Hall Middle School took third place. She won $15. The Staff of the White Hall Journal would like to thank all of the students and teachers for taking the time to participate and for all of their hard work making the special edition such a success and we are already looking forward to next year.
